“Red Forest” by Nicolas Party is one of the most interesting exhibition I have seen recently. The artist uses five elements of the material world as starting point: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. His work is vibrant and energetic. The pastel landscapes works has a very calming and soothing quality to it, really enjoy the geometry with the mix and match of colours. There is the element of the fusion of west and east in the work of Nicolas, beyond landscapes and portrait his work is a depiction of humanity.
