Hester Lo is a Hong Kong-born creative professional, movement artist and instructor. After graduating with a degree in Fashion Communication and Styling in London, Hester built a career spanning London, Shanghai, and Chengdu. This international background allows her to bridge cultural gaps and connect with diverse audiences through a unique visual lens.
Visual communication is her passion and is showcased through various body of works. She is intrigued by the beauty of the human body and its capabilities, As a dancer she explores narratives through the expression of her body through dance. Through variations of movement, styles and inspirations from music, her environment and objects she finds, Hester brings spontaneity, connections and emotions to her audience. As an artist, her work is often expressed through movement and fashion, mixing different styles and creating a hybrid is an experiment she enjoys doing.
With deep experience in marketing, events, and project management—including key roles at Lan Kwai Fong Group etc. —Hester bridges the corporate world and the wellness space. Having navigated high-pressure corporate environments herself, she possesses an innate understanding of the daily physical and mental stresses that modern professionals face. Today, she channels this insight into her teaching, fusing her marketing acumen with her mastery of movement to design classes that truly resonate with people. By blending precise physical conditioning with the expressive freedom of dance, Hester creates transformative experiences that foster deep body connection, stress relief, and genuine community engagement.

Today, she blends her marketing expertise with her passion for performance, exploring the intersection of movement, fashion, and storytelling.
